IT6100B 시리즈 (86 ~ 1200W) 고속 고정밀 프로그래밍 가능 DC 전원 공급 장치는 초 고전압 상승 시간, 최대 500us의 가장 빠른 풀 부하, 최대 0.1mV / 0.01mA의 분해능, 최신 출력 파형 우선 모드로 전압 또는 전류의 파형 상승 가능 전력 모듈 및 기타 고정밀 테스트 상황에서 널리 사용되는 고속 및 오버 슈트가 없습니다.
